Costs of the conference

Basic price

The basic costs of the conference are around € 325. On this page you will find how to make your conference cheaper or more expensive.

In the € 325 is included:

• Double room accomodation (you share your room with one other person)
• 27th April 2005 Check-in (Open Space at 19.30 p.m.)
• 01st May 2005 Check-out (11.00 a.m.)
• Breakfast - Lunch - Dinner (free unlimited non-alcoholic drinks and free beer & wine during meals)
• Meeting Facilities
• € 20 contribution for scholarschips
• if you arrive on April 27 and leave on May 1, the shuttle form and to Antalya and Dalaman airport is included

How to spend less

AEE members get € 20 discount, and if you hand in a workshop proposal before March 15, together with your registration, you get € 10 discount.

How to spend more

If you want to stay in a single room, you pay € 20 per night extra.

If you are arriving before 27th April 2005 or/and want to stay longer after 1st May 2005,
€ 45 per person per night will be charged per night extra staying in a double room,
€ 65. per person per night will be charged per night extra staying in a single room,

If you are somehow flying in/out other than 27th or 1st May 2005, and you want us to arrange your transport to and/or from the airport, we have to charge
€ 30 one way from or to Antalya per person, and
€ 20 one way from or to Dalaman per person.

Book one exclusive of the postconference adventures that have been organised for you.

As mentioned above, drinks at breakfast, lunch and dinner are unlimited and free. But if you would like to have drinks other than during this times, you have to pay extra. Here are some prices in order to give you an idea:
