? What if I have no credit card to pay for the conference fee?
A As we are pre paying the hotel we prefer credit card payment, but there is also the possibility to pay cash (in Euro) upon arrival to the conference on 27th April. We nevertheless much appreciate credit card pre-payment.

? Is there a list anywhere of what to pack? Towels, hiking boots, harnesses, games, etc?
A We advise you to pack

• Swimming Suit (pool or sea). Sun glasses as well as sun lotion. The sun in April still might be very warming and "burning" as well.
• There is a small climbing wall, so you are welcome to bring your own harnesses.
• You don't need any towels, the hotel provides them.
• Don't forget personal medicine if there is any need.

? What are the hotel facilities like?

? What is the weather like?
A Normally the weather around Fethiye is quite warm around April, but even here in Turkey weather is changing very fast, so I would suggest that you before your depart check on www.wunderground.com - normally very good in weather forecast.

? Can I have your cell phone in case something goes very wrong.

? Can I come earlier or leave later?
A Please feel free to do so. Either you can come to Istanbul or to Antalya or to Dalaman. Whatever you prefer. You can even come and check-in early but we should know beforehand in order to reserve your room or when you need any flight connection from Istanbul let us know or any extra shuttle from Antalya it would be a pleasure for us to be of help.

? Where do I find information about Turkey and Fethiye?

For the costs of a visa (you can buy one at the border), see www.turkeytravelplanner.com. Mind you, it is always best to check with the consulate in your own country. Do take the exact amount needed in Dollars or in Euros (or Pounds for British citizens). Only cash is accepted for your entrance visa.

? What is the exact starting and finishing date and time of the conference.
A The conference starts between 18.00 and 19.00 on Wednesday, April 27. The workshop part will end with the dinner on Saturday night, April 30. On Sunday, May 1, there will be a meeting on all the organisational aspects of the conference of this year, and we will decide where to have the conference next year.
