Although we do not have a lot of nature in the Netherlands, the venue is quite close to the biggest forest that we have (about 17 km2).
In this forest you find boar, deer, and lots of small animals. On Saturday morning, you will have the opportunity to go into the forest, and look for boar and deer. It will be quite early in the morning: 5.15 A.M. The walk will be guided by Gerrit Reekers, who is the local nature guide.
Those who want to come, are advised not to wash or shave themselves, or brush their teeth. Chewing gum is also not a good idea: the smell will scare the animals away.
To be comfortable during the hike, you are advised to wear sturdy shoes or hiking boots, and a (not too flashy) rain jacket. Binoculars may come in handy.
