This is about the yearly meeting and gathering of people working on the experiential education & development field. This is a good opportunity to share your knowledege, thoughts and most important your experiences in this interesting field. Not only the wide range of different cultures is what makes this conference so interesting, it is at the same time the chance to offer a workshop and be a participant as well. If you go to the registration form, you may feel daunted, because we ask soooo much. We do this so that we don't have to bother you afterwards for extra information.
Within two days after your registration, you will get a electronic confirmation letter, showing the amount you have to pay and also including information about shuttle details.

Please try to arrange to participate from the very beginning and plan your flights to Antalya or Dalaman airport on the 27th April 2005. Prefer morning flight arrivals as it will make it easier to organize the shuttles. We will be starting with the open space (where we organise all the offered workshops) at 19:30 pm. Check-out will be 1st May 2005 at 11:00 am.

After a long search for the right location to host this special coming together we decided upon Ölüdeniz, situated 8.5 km southeast of Fethiye. A sheltered lagoon hidden from the Mediterranean Sea. We decided upon this location, in matters of easy travelling, comfort, good price, nice warm weather and most important serving the purpose of experiential education needs.
The price for the whole conference is around € 325 per person (including Antalya - Dalaman airport bus transfers, 4 day full pension double room accomodation and general meeting package).
