One of the major concerns - and reason for numerous sleepless nights and anxiety attacks - for the organizers of previous conferences was the great number of people who register in the last couple of weeks before the conference.
Adequate numbers of sleeping and seminar rooms have to be reserved; shuttle services, pre-conference activities, and equipment rentals have to be arranged.
All this involves the up-front payment of a lot of money and depends on the number of participants. To lessen the nerve - and financial - strain for the organizers, at the Turkey conference we decided to come up with a pricing structure which encourages early registration. So, here it is:
Early Bird Registration - until December 31st ,2005: € 290,00
Lazy Bird Registration - January 1st - February 28, 2006: € 320,00
Late Registration - March 1st - April 23, 2006: € 340,00
Drop-ins - April 24 - April 27, 2006: € 380,00
The basic costs for the conference include

For both the conference and the pre-conference we are happy to accept a substitute delegate if the original delegate is unable to attend. This applies to accommodation and conference bookings.
All cancellations must be received in writing and will be subject to a charge. Cancellation fees are as follows:
Before January 1: € 30
Before March 1: € 50
After March 1: 50%
After March 15: No Refunds
Before January 1: € 20
Before March 1: € 40
After March 1: € 50%
After March 15: € No Refunds
