EEE 2023 – Participation Fee

The fee of the pre-conference is 180 €

The fee for pre-conference has to be paid with bank transfer together with the conference fee. Hereafter you will receive one single invoice (all included).

The pre-conference fee includes:

• accommodation in B&B (double or single room)
  from the 24th of April until the 27th of April
• all meals (special diets to be indicated in advance)
• organizational costs
• program-activities

The fee of the conference

The conference fee includes:

• participation in all conference meetings, workshops and other activities
• accommodation in “Totus Tuus” from the 27th of April until 2nd of May
• a shared room (limited single rooms available)
• all meals (special diets to be indicated in advance)
• fresh fruits
• all day coffee, tea and water
• contribution to the scholarship fund (€20 pp)
• organizational costs
• workshop materials (basics provided – special requests in consultation)
