Dear EEE Friends,
We are excited and happy to welcome you to the EEE conference 2025 – Viking edition, a conference where we share exercises and knowledge about experiential learning. You can sign up from January 6th, 2025.
This year’s EEE conference is held in Denmark, Scandinavia. We, the Organising Team 2025, chose to organise it around three important leading principles:
Sustainability
Less is more
Back to nature
We live in a world where we need to be very much aware of the climate and our ecological footprint. Our linear economy where we receive and buy lots of gadgets and throw away lots of things is not sustainable. We need to move to a more circular system where we think from cradle to cradle instead of cradle to grave.
For us human beings focusing on ‘less is more’ and ‘back to nature’ is a way to create a more sustainable world.
That’s why this conference:
- will be held in a ‘less is more’ accommodation
- accommodation is surrounded by beautiful nature
- stimulates the reuse of materials
- requires you to bring your own sleeping equipment
- will serve local food
- will recommend you to travel green (carpooling, take public transport instead of flying etc.)

Pre-conference: arrival in the evening of Wednesday, April 23rd to Saturday, April 26th.
Conference: arrival in the evening of Saturday, April 26th up to the evening of Tuesday, April 29th, leaving on Wednesday, April 30th.
