Hallo all Dear Friends
This year’s preconference is taken another approach than the previous once. Because this year’s conference will not be arranged it will be COORDINATED.
And it will be coordinated by me, Synne, your “Together on your Own” Guide 😉
What is the concept?
The idea is to help EEE friends who want to see Denmark to hook up with other EEE friends before the conference. It means that this year you will arrange yourself where you want to stay, where you want to go, what you want to do…. but you will get help to coordinate with other EEE friend who also want to see Denmark.
- I will arrange online meetings for EEE friends who want to join. Here there will be details about different ways to accommodate, places to see, things to do and how to transport yourself from Copenhagen to the conference site.
- I will provide an online guide to beautiful places and ways to experience Denmark.
- Create meeting-spots for you to meet
- A group will be formed on WhatsApp where you can plan with your fellow EEE “Together on Your Own” participants.
What is already planned?
- “Together on your own” will start in Copenhagen the 23rd of April
- The first meeting-spot will be a joined welcome dinner in Julie’s house in Copenhagen the 23rd at 7 o’clock
What to do in practice?
If you are interested (or maybe interested) to be a part of “Together on your own” in Denmark 2025, you can do two things:
- Sign up on email synne.andersen@gmail.com for team meeting date and time (it will be in January)
- Join the first Teams meeting – the date and time will be posted in the Facebook group and on this web page
Who am I, your “Together on your Own” Guide?
I, Synne, am having the pleasure of being your ‘Together on Your Own” Guide. I live close to Copenhagen. I have been a part of EEE community for 12 years.
