This year we work with three participation fees, see table below. We kindly ask you to sign up as soon as possible, as there are limited places available (so this year there are no early or lazy birds, just only birds that sign up 😄).

Included:
- Accommodation chosen by you for 1 person, 4 nights
- Breakfast, lunch and dinner (starting with dinner on April 26th to breakfast on April 30th)
- Coffee/tea breaks
- Scholarship fund donation of € 20,- per participant (see https://eeeurope.org/scholarship-fund/ )
- Scandinavian activities
- Lots of fun!
NOT included:
- Transfer/transportation
- Lunch on April 26th nor on April 30th
- Drinks (except for water, tea, coffee)
- Sleeping equipment (pillow, blanket/duvet, pillow case, bed linen) – So bring your own!
What if I have to cancel?
In case you have to cancel your participation to the conference, this is our cancellation policy:

| After 5th April 2025 | 100% (no refund) |
Refunds will be sent via bank transfer after May 1st.
