EEE Italy 2015 – DO UT DES – give to receive!
The Training Center Candriai (Centro di Attività formative di Candriai) is only 15 km far from Trento, the main city of the region Trentino Alto Adige. It is set in a very cool and quiet position, in the level ground of Candriai, on the slope of Monte Bondone. Plunged in green, it is the ideal place for conferences and conventions, evocative walks and sports.
You can use GPS or travel maps (the right address is Strada di Candriai 15, Candriai, TN), but if you don’t have it (or you prefer our indications…), here they are:
You drive on the Brennero highway A22 and the exit is TRENTO CENTRO. At the great roundabout, you take the SS45bis, direction “Cadine”. Then, at the next roundabout, take the exit to “Sopramonte” (it’s the second exit), then you go on straight and after 6,6 km go right to “Strada Candriai”. The venue is on the left, after 400 mt.
In Italy the train connection are well served, that’s why there is always a lot of people travelling (but not so much as in the picture). Trains are expensive if you travel with fast train. The arrival station will be Trento and from Milan and Venice you need to change train in Verona. At this link you can search the best travel solution.
By bus from Trento train station
From Trento train station there is a bus bringing you directly (and windy…see picture) to the venue in Candriai. The bus is number 202, direction VIOTE, here you can find the timetable. The distance is about 12 km and it takes about 28 minutes. The ticket costs around 2,00 €. The bus stop in Candriai is in front of the Hotel Post, next to our venue (Centro Attività Formative).
By taxy from Trento train station
Taxi in Italy are quite expensive, but very nice ;-). You can find for sure taxis in front of Trento station. The cost to take you to Candriai is about 40 €. The taxi driver could charge also the luggage, but the price is 0,60 € pro luggage. Anyway we suggest to ask before you get in the taxi. For any further information or reservation you can call 00390461930002 or connect to: www.taxitrento.it.
You can choose between four airports:
Verona – is the nearst one, but it doesn’t have a lot of international connections. We suggest anyway to start your flight research from here.
Bergamo Orio al Serio – doesn’t have a train station nearby, but a lot of buses connect you to train stations (Milan, Brescia, Verona).
Venezia – is connected to the Venezia Mestre train station, from where you have to catch a train to Verona, and then change and catch another train from Verona to Trento (don’t worry, there are plenty of trains during the day!)
Bologna – is connected to the Bologna train station, which is connected to Trento, without any change of train. It depends, of course, on the train you choose.
Many websites or apps compares prices and departing hours of different flights and companies; we suggest you a good one, Skyscanner: it’s very easy and precise!
We will arrange minibuses as soon as we understand which way and timing you choose to reach the venue.
