Organizers
Ladies and Gentlemen… the 2026 Organizing Team.
Sergio Cabigiosu
Nice to meet you, my name is Sergio Cabigiosu.
I am an active and long-standing member of the Experiential Educators Europe (EEE) community. My commitment to this network is like a marriage. I have participated in the EEE annual conferences consistently from 2013 through 2025. I just missed 2016 Romania (sorry Misi, I really am sad about that).
I served, with my friend Walter, as the organizer for the EEE annual conference in Italy back in 2015, and since then I was always active, behind the scenes, to support the other organizers. Some members of the EEE community started then to call me: Mr. EEE!
Honestly, I just love this community and everything it’s given me over the past 10 years. I’ve found role models, friendships, great ideas, tons of inspiration, and a lot of laughs. Moreover I had the opportunity to create an international network and start to contribute to international training projects and that was amazing.
But the best part is that every time I come back, it feels like coming home to family. The connection we have at EEE is something truly special and hard to put into words. That’s why you should now stop hesitating and click on the sign in page…we are happy to meet you at:

Walter Allievi

I have been part of the Experiential Educators Europe community since 2014, when I attended my first EEE, driven mainly by curiosity and, of course, by Sergio.
That first experience marked the beginning of a longer journey. Over the years, I have taken part in eight EEE conferences in person and two online, each one reinforcing a belief that strongly guides my work: sharing is the fastest lane to growth.
There is an old saying in most European countries: if two people exchange one coin each, nothing changes. If they exchange one idea each, they both leave with two ideas. This simple (and maybe a little corny, someone might argue!) metaphor captures well the mindset with which I approach EEE.
Every time I join EEE gatherings to exchange practices, questions and experiences with peers and friends, knowing that learning accelerates when people are willing to openly share what they are still exploring.
I continue this journey today with the same attitude that brought me to my first EEE more than ten years ago. BTW this time Sergio is to blame even more than the first time, but some of you already know it :-)))))
See you in Tuscany, in a while 😉

Sara Gambelli
My name is Sara Gambelli.
I am an Organizational Psychologist, Transpersonal Psychotherapist and Coach, with a background in Yoga, Mindfulness and Biotransenergetics.
For more than 15 years, I have been working with experiential methodologies, bringing insights from the therapeutic and transpersonal fields into corporate contexts. My work focuses on introducing greater awareness into professional environments and translating inner work into practical development.
I have designed and facilitated programs on Women’s Leadership, Diversity Management, Gender Equality, Stress Management, Well-being, Mindfulness and Emotional Intelligence, supporting individuals and organizations in building more integrated and sustainable ways of performing.
Within the EEE community, I bring a strong attention to re-centring, listening and presence, helping people reconnect with what really matters and act with greater coherence.
As Carl Gustav Jung wrote:
“Your vision becomes clear only when you look inside your heart. Those who look outside, dream. Whoever looks inside, wakes up.”

Paola Ferrario
My name is Paola Ferrario.
I will join Experiential Educators Europe for the first time driven mainly by curiosity. What I know about EEE comes from stories, conversations and shared reflections with people who have lived it before me. Those accounts sparked my interest and pushed me to explore this community firsthand.
Sport, creativity and challenge have always been central elements in my life and work. Through TopActive, the company I founded, I design experiential learning formats for organisations, building tailor-made programs focused on concrete objectives and behavioural change. I strongly believe in learning through experience, stepping out of the comfort zone and using metaphor as a tool for reflection and action.
EEE represents, for me, a space of discovery: an opportunity to observe, learn and exchange practices with others who work with experiential methodologies, and to deepen an approach that I already use in my professional life.
I approach this first EEE with openness and the desire to learn, letting the experience speak for itself.

We are happy to invite you to EEE 2026 Made in Italy!
