In order to give international participants the opportunity to take part in the conference and to ensure its international character, Italian participation is limited to 25% of the total number of participants.

In case the number of Italian applications exceeds this limit, Italian applicants will be placed on a waiting list, in chronological order, and will be informed as soon as places become available.

Knowing that some participants may not be able to take part, we apologize in advance for any inconvenience. Thank you for your understanding.

Important: this exact reference structure is fundamental to correctly match your payment with your registration. Payments with missing or different references will not be accepted, as they are not compliant with Italian fiscal regulations for associations such as Connectance (the legale entity managing EEE Italy 2026 funds), which is an ETS (Ente del Terzo Settore AKA non-profit organization).

Remember: No single rooms are available at the venue.

For alternative outdoor accommodation (MiniVan or small tent), the registration fee is reduced by €90. Early bird (260€), Happy bird (300€), Lazy bird (360€).

Once you have completed the two steps and we have received your bank transfer, the registration process will be completed and you will receive a confirmation e-mail.

From that moment on, you will be officially a participant in EEE 2026 Made in Italy!!
