Wooden Huts		 2-11 shared (extern) 280 € 335 € Most wooden huts have 1 room with 4 beds. They are not fully heated but have each a little electric device to be used in case of cold nights

(you will sleep on the ground, so bring your sleeping bag)
Own tent your choice! shared (extern) 245 € 300 € Bring your own tent!
You can also come with a camper van, but there will be a little additional fee if you need electricity

      • accommodation chosen by you for 1 person, 4 nights
      • breakfast, lunch and dinner for 4 days (starting with dinner on April 27th to breakfast on May 1st)
      • 2 coffee breaks (filter coffee) per day from April 28th to April 30th

NOT Included:

 

      • Transfer/transportation
      • Lunch on April 27th nor on May 1st
      • Drinks outside the meals
      • Electricity for camper vans (the venue will charge you a small fee)

 

Moreover:

 

      • please pack clothes according to the climate ( details to follow closer to the date )
      • there are almost only bunk beds: please specify if you need the lower bed (according availability)
      • please let us know if you have any accessibility issues, we are trying to hold a barrier-free event
      • if you need family rooms, please contact the Organising Committee
      • Please don’t lose your room key! Otherwise the venue will charge you 65 €.
      • Our venue is entirely smoke-free, even outside!
      • Sorry, no pets are allowed on the premises.

 

 

Pre-Conference Fee

The fee of the pre-conference is € 280,00

The pre-conference fee includes food, drinks (excl. alcohol) & accommodation in shared rooms.
