Conference will take place from April 30th to May 4th, 2026 (Thursday to Monday)
Important note! Everyone is free to participate as long as their own available time. The EEE community strongly recommends participating in the entire event.
In case of only partial participation, it won’t be possible to have a reduced participation fee.
Conference schedule overview
The conference runs from Thursday, April 30th evening through Monday, May 4th lunchtime.
The program is designed as a continuous experience, combining plenary sessions, workshops, informal exchanges and shared moments throughout the days.
On the Monday morning 04th May there will be space to support the self organization of the community: “Monday morning meeting“. This moment is very important to guarentee the longevity of the community. Everybody is invited to participate and, especially, all veterans are welcomed to stay.

Scheduling considerations
The program structure takes into account typical arrival and departure patterns of participants, ensuring that key moments such as collective reflection and evaluation can be experienced by the majority of the group.
Specific sessions may be repeated to allow broader participation and to accommodate different rhythms across the conference days.
