The event will be hosted at ELIOPOLI Beach Hostel.
It is situated close to the sea, with a wooded area just behind it, creating a setting that is quiet and low-density rather than remote or isolated. This balance allows participants to stay close to the coastline while benefiting from a calm environment with few distractions.
All conference activities will take place on site or within immediate walking distance, allowing participants to remain in the same area throughout the event and reducing the need for daily travel.

About the venue
A vibrant, colorful youth hostel with a modern hospitality
concept.
In addition to a traditional hostel bed, you can also stay in a rooms. The hostel also features a business center, TV room, restaurant, bar, and lounge bar (in the summer).
Outside, there’s a large park with a soccer field and a safe play area for children. The common areas of Eliopoli Beach Hostel are all staffed 24 hours a day, and the hostel is accessible 24/7. Private parking spaces can be reserved in the covered parking lot
About the room
The 12 rooms offer a wide variety of accommodations, including a few private rooms with double beds, as well as shared rooms (with either male or female beds, or mixed-gender). No single rooms are available. We’ll try to arrange the rooms in order to meet the needs of all participants. If you are coming alone and there is still a free bed in your room we will find someone to share the room with, according to the spirit of the EEE.
Both the en-suite rooms and the hostel dormitories are bright and feature double and/or bunk beds, private lockers, bathrooms with large showers, free WiFi, and air conditioning. Private rooms also have satellite TV.
Bed linens and a face towel are included in the price.
About alternative accomodations
For those seeking an alternative outdoor accomodation, Eliopoli offers parking space for minivans (max 4 vehicles, max length 5.5m) and a garden area for pitching small tents. Those choosing this option have access to toilets and showers on the ground floor.
About the conference room
Eliopoli Beach Hostel also features a multipurpose space.
It offers meeting rooms, training rooms, and spaces for events and private parties.
The rooms are modular, with theater, boardroom, island, or workbench configurations, etc. The maximum capacity is 100 people.
About the restaurant
The restaurant called “Taste of the sea” is a modern, bright, and colorful ambient with spacious indoor and outdoor spaces and a charming terrace overlooking the park.
Chef Antonio Chiaravalloti and his staff prepare a variety of menus daily. They offer an excellent selection of high-quality products to create exquisite Italian cuisine, from Mediterranean to creative, reinterpretations of traditional fish and meat dishes, as well as gluten-free and vegetarian options.
The restaurant hall can host up to 100 guests. During the conference the restaurant will serve us typical Italian meals – lunch and dinner – and international breakfast, starting with the dinner on Thursday 30th of April and ending with lunch on Monday the 0430reath of May. During this time we will have access to tea/coffee/water/cookies area.
