The meeting will start at 9.00 am on Saturday November 23rd (CET, i.e. Rome time) and will end at 6.00 pm.
We will use ZOOM platform for plenary and closing and TRELLO BOARD for the workshops details. All the workshops owners will decide which platform to use (ex. Zoom, Teams tec) and the link will be in the Trello page.
We will publish all the links 24 hours before the event, so make sure you check this page. Make sure you download the ZOOM app on your PC before the event because it can take some time. We highly recommend you connect via PC or MAC, not phone, as some features may be limited.
If you wish to deliver a workshop, please fill in THIS POWER POINT, download it on your PC (do not edit it online) and then send it to experientialeducatorsvirtual@gmail.com. We will take care to add it to the Trello board for you.
In the first hour, we will spend some time to say hi and remember how great we are 🙂
After that, all workshops owners will be asked to present their workshops so we can choose which ones to attend.

As you can see there will be a Coffee and Tea room open during the event in case you want to have a chat with your friends or discuss a particular topic.
Remember the LAW OF THE TWO FEET: if you find that you are neither learning nor contributing to the activities, get up and move to a place where you can be more productive. This could be a different workshop (if still open after the start time) or the Tea/Coffee Area! This attitude should not be interpreted as a lack of education, but as a way to improve the quality of work.
