In our (un-)Conference the agenda is created by the attendees at the beginning of each day.
There is no distinction between speakers and spectators: anyone who wants to initiate a discussion on a topic can claim a time and a space. We firmly believe that everyone who attends (whether ‘new’ or not) has something to share that others can learn from. This means that the workshops are provided by participants. There are no paid speakers.
We just prepare an informal “structure” for everything to happen.
