When?
Please arrive on our location on Saturday, April 27th, if possible not later than at 20:00 (8 PM), when our Opening Ceremony is going to start.
Dinner will be served from 18:00 (6 PM) to 19:30 (7:30 PM), but if you are arriving later we should manage to give you a brown bag or we’ll organise something else.
We are going to leave on May 1st. Please consider we have to free rooms until 10:00 (10 AM), but you can also linger around, have lunch at 12:30 and leave later.

Getting there by public transportation
We chose to encourage the use of public transportation, so we are not organising minivans from/to the airport and it will be not a cost for every participant: those who would use it and those who would not.
