Can I receive an invoice for the EEE 2026 participation fee?
No. Connectance cannot issue invoices.
Connectance is a non-profit association registered in Italy as an ETS (Ente del Terzo Settore – Italian Non-Profit Organization).
According to Italian fiscal legislation, associations like Connectance are not allowed to issue invoices for participation fees.
The participation fee is formally treated as a voluntary donation in support of the event, and for this reason:
No invoice can be issued, sorry!
A receipt for the donation can be provided instead, if needed.
This applies also when the payment is made by a company.
We understand that this may differ from other events organized by business companies, but it is a legal requirement under Italian law for ETS Association in Italy like Connectance and cannot be overridden.
We’ll provide a donation receipt for internal or accounting purposes to each participant after receiving the payment.
