Participation Fee

We aim to keep the conference fee in line with previous EEE editions.
The pricing structure encourages early booking, allowing participants to access the lowest fee and helping the organising team plan the event properly.

Accommodation and seminar spaces are booked in advance, while logistics such as shared transfers, equipment rental and additional activities need to be organised progressively. Early registration and payment make it possible to confirm these arrangements in a sustainable way. We expect the maximum support on the organizing process from all EEE members.

The conference officially starts on Thursday evening, April 30th, 2026.
Food and accommodation will be provided from Wednesday evening (dinner included) until Monday lunchtime (included). No one will suffer hunger…

Fee structure

The participation fee will be structured according to booking periods to sustain the organization process.

Earlier subscription, easier organization!

*The early bird fee and counting will be applied considering only the payment arrival date.

Important note! No single room are available at the venue.

The conference fee includes:

1. accommodation at the venue (Eliopoli) for the full duration of the conference
2. bed linens and a face towel
3. all meals, including beverages (water and wine), from the first dinner to the final lunch
4. contribution to the EEE scholarship fund (20 €)
5. organisational and logistical costs

Alternative outdoor accommodation

For those preferring alternative outdoor accommodation (MiniVan or small tent), the registration fee is reduced by €90. Early bird (SOLD OUT), Happy bird (300€), Lazy bird (360€). Please note that this option excludes: 1) bed in the hostel (providing access to toilets and showers only); 2) bed linens and face towel.

There is no possibility to pay a reduced price, in case of partial participation in the event.

NOTE! The Pre conference fee must be paid along with the conference fee.
