STEP 2: pay the participation fee with a bank transfer.

In order to give international participants the opportunity to take part in the conference and to ensure its international character, Italian participation is limited to 25% of the total number of participants.

In case the number of Italian applications exceeds this limit, Italian applicants will be placed on a waiting list, in chronological order, and will be informed as soon as places become available.

Knowing that some participants may not be able to take part, we apologize in advance for any inconvenience. Thank you for your understanding.

Continue please with paying the participation’s fee with a bank transfer. Check your inbox (or SPAM) for further details and instructions.

Remember: No single rooms are available at the venue.

For alternative outdoor accommodation (MiniVan SOLD OUT!) ONLY small tent, the registration fee is reduced by €90. Early bird (Sold out!), Happy bird (Expired!), Lazy bird (360€).

If you need a receipt you can ask for it, on the sign up form (no invoices, receipts only). More info about receipt.

Once you have completed the two steps and we have received your bank transfer, the registration process will be completed and you will receive a confirmation e-mail.

From that moment on, you will be officially a participant in EEE 2026 Made in Italy!!
