The conference officially starts on Sunday afternoon, 4th of May 2014. (See the program) We provide food and accommodation from Sunday evening (dinner) until Thursday morning (breakfast).
If anyone is to arrive earlier than Sunday to the venue, you are welcome to stay more nights in the Castle Hotel. For this we need to book rooms, so please inform us! Any extra night is paid according to current hotel rate. You may only pay this extra nights/meals in cash or credit card at the destination.
Your partners/spouses get 10% discount in case they want to accompany you during the conference or post-conference.
It will be possible to get proof of payment issued by EEE during the conference.
There is no possibility to participate only in part of conference and pay part of the price.

To pay in cash on arrival:
1. Transportation: Wroclaw to/from the venue: € 20 one way
2. Post conference: € 180 per person. This includes 2 night’s accommodation, transportation from and to the venue and meals.
Attention: when filling Sign up form you give us notice about participation in post conference. We will make bookings and arrange everything according to your declaration as we trust your word. So, in case of changing your plans for any reason, please let us know until 5th of April 2014. For those who sign up for post-conference and resign after 5th of April penalty of 50 Euros applies. The cost of post conference (if there are spaces left) will rise to 230 Euro after April the 5th.
