Monika Kezaite I have discovered experiential learning in 2000, which has lead me being an experiential educator and trainer until now. Currently I am a partner in our organisation Kitokie projektai, where I actively work with national and international groups, teams, organisations as well as guiding individuals in their personal and professional development. In 2015 I have attended my first EEE, where I felt like home, so it’s a real pleasure to invite you all to EEE this year!

Over the past 7 years I am working in the field of applied research industry with a dedication to qualitative research, in Exploro team at Kitokie Projektai. I currently focus on researching Self-Management in Lithuanian organisations which mainly includes exploration of the practices that help organisations to become a living system and adapt to the uncertain environment considerably easier.
