Programme
The participants offer workshops that are a reflection of what they have been working with, thinking about etc. in the past year. And that is what they bring and share. We do not have a key note speaker or a pre-set theme. So if you think you have something worthwhile to share, we very much appreciate your stepping forward.
On the first night of the conference, we will put all the workshop proposals that people bring together, and as a group, turn them into a programme. This is usually a pandemonium that lasts for about 1 hour, and after that, the programme is done. Believe it or not, it works every time, and it’s called Open Space.
After the programme has started, it can still change. All this is done in order to maximise the outcome of the conference for all participants.
If you are willing to offer a workshop, please give a short description of it when you register. We will post it up on the website for inspiration of those who still hesitate.
If you need any help with preparing the workshop (site, material specifics&anything), just tell us in advance and we will do our best to get it for you. Logs, beams, ropes, climbing gear, whatever – everything is there, you do not need to carry it over here. It is only that you tell us and we get the right numbers of everything.
Please go to workshops to check out which workshops are being proposed so far.
Any other ideas are very welcome: experiential education is a very wide field with many facets. If you’re not sure about presenting a workshop, feel free to contact us. We will help you where we can.
There will be 1.5 hour slots and 3 hour slots for workshops.
