You can get to Heibrand by plan, train or car (or often a combination).
Fly to Brussels Airport (https://www.brusselsairport.be/) – it’s the most convenient airport to reach the conference venue (~ 40 km.) and we would recommend to choose this one (it is not the same as Brussels South Charleroi Airport!).
Once arrived at the airport, it takes a 48min. train ride to reach Brecht Noorderkempen – from here we will organise a shuttle (about 12 km) to the conference venue (details about the pick-up will follow)
If you prefer to fly to Brussels South Charleroi Airport (https://www.brussels-charleroi-airport.com/), please be aware that it will take you a lot longer to get to Heibrand.
Once arrived at the Charleroi airport, we advise you to take the Brussels City Shuttle to Bruxelles-Midi (about 55min.).
At the train station Bruxelles Midi, you can take a direct train to Brecht Noorderkempen (about 1h 15 min. train ride) – from here we will organise a shuttle (about 12 km) to the conference venue (details about the pick-up will follow)
Travel by train to Antwerp Central Station, from there you can take Bus nr. 41.O (stop-service (to Antwerp-Zoersel-Turnhout). Get off at bus stop “Dennenlaan”. You will find Heibrand after 300m on your right.

By car:
In these times of GPS, here are is the exact address of the conference location, this should be enough to reach the place. If you type “Heibrand” in google maps, it will find the right place.
