We have tried to keep the conference fee on the same level as the previous years. The pricing structure encourages participants to book as early as possible in order to get the lowest conference fee.
Due to earlier Corona restrictions and the present emergency situation, we have started the signing up process later than usual.
Therefore, we urge you to sign up as soon as possible!
Conference accommodation, activities and equipment as well as accommodation and seminar rooms for the conference are already in option. Evening programs and surprises must be arranged. Early sign up and payment allow us to make the necessary bookings and arrangements in time.

Attention please! Your registration is valid only when your payment is received on the bank account. Hereafter you will receive a confirmation and the invoice by email.
The conference fee includes:
- Participation in all conference meetings, workshops and other activities
- Accomodation in “Zonnewende” from the 28th of April until Sunday morning 2nd of May
- A shared room (limited single rooms available) or a place for your tent or camper van
- All meals (special diets to be indicated in advance)
- Fresh fruits
- All day coffee, tea and water
- Contribution to the scholarship fund (€20 pp)
- Organizational costs
- Workshop materials (only basics – special request need to be discussed)
Reductions
There is no possibility to pay a reduced price when participating only part of the conference.

Pre-Conference fee and payments
If you make the wonderful decision to join the pre-conference, please, keep in mind that the fee has to be paid with bank transfer together with the conference fee by the signing up.
The fee for the pre-conference is: 150 €
The pre-conference fee includes:
- Accomodation in B&B (double room) from the 26th of April until the 28th of April
- All meals (special diets to be indicated in advance)
- Organisational costs
- Program-activities
- Bike rental
