The conference will be organised in Heibrand, which is situated approximately 25 km away from Antwerp. It is a vast domain of about 7 ha with a lot of forest, sports- and playgrounds. Check it at www.heibrand.be
Weihuis and the Villa
We will have acces to the Weihuis and the Villa, which can accommodate up to 207 people.
In the Weihuis, there is a big conference room which will be perfect for the big circle. Besides that big room, we will have 3 workshop rooms there and another 6 working rooms of different sizes at the Villa. The territory also offers lots of space for outdoor workshops.
Accomodation
Heibrand offers accommodation in bunkrooms. In each building there is a large shared bathroom with 9+13 showers. There is free WIFI in all the buildings.
Camping – Heibrand doesn’t offer camping services, so camping is not an option.
Food
The restaurant can host up to 100 guests. During the conference the restaurant will serve us breakfast, lunch, snacks in the afternoon, and dinner. Restaurant is ready to answer all special dietary needs. Please let us know if you have any special dietary requirements.
Coffee and tea will also be served during the breaks.
